The annual service charge at Miller Homes @ Forster Park is £137 and the management company responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the development is TBC. The service charge runs until 31/12/2025. Charges are subject to change (charges are shown exclusive of VAT). Service charge will be reviewed on the date shown.
