We want to help make your dream home a reality, by giving you the exciting opportunity to personalise it just how you imagined. Our homes are designed for real people and from our years of experience, we’ve discovered that everyone uses their home differently. So, we build in as many different options as we practically can, to let you choose the fixtures, fittings and extras that fit your lifestyle and preferences.

The earlier in the build process you reserve your home, the wider the range of options you are likely to have to choose from. You can explore the options available by registering with My Miller Home or using our options visualiser even before you find your new home. When you do reserve the home for you, you’ll be able to use our visualiser to select and explore the options available to you from the comfort of your own home. This will help you get an idea of what you like and consider whether you’d like to add on any upgrades to make your home your own.

At your Options Meeting, you’ll be invited to spend some time in the options area in our sales centre, where you can see the full range of finishes available and discuss your plans with our experienced team. Once you select the finishes you would like, if you have chosen upgrade products over and above our standard choices, a 50% deposit will be required to secure these for your new home and we’ll take care of the rest.  The balance of the payment will be due when you complete the purchase of your new home.  The deposit will not be refundable if your home purchase does not proceed unless your upgrade products have not been yet ordered/installed. Please note, options prices quoted or displayed on our website or visualiser tool are subject to change until items are ordered and your deposit is paid.

Remember though, that the extras you add might not raise the value that your mortgage lender places on your home, just as any furnishings or fittings you add independently after you move in, will not raise the value of the actual property.
