The standard reservation charge applies to the selected plot.
The value of the Deposit Match will be deducted from the total sale price upon legal completion.

To be eligible for the Deposit Match the customer must be able to prove at point of settlement that they are in possession of the agreed deposit amount. Customer must pay the standard reservation charge on their selected plot. Deposit Match value will be deducted from total sale price on legal completion. Deposit Match available on selected plots only, and is subject to Miller Homes’ standard terms and conditions. This is a limited offer and may be withdrawn without notice.
