Part Exchange

A cap on the value of your existing property may apply. Contact our sales centre for details. To claim this offer: mention the offer before entering into a reservation agreement with Miller Homes and paying the reservation fee for a qualifying home. Miller Homes is under no obligation to make an offer on your existing property. If Miller Homes makes an offer, it will be based on independent valuation(s) arranged by Miller Homes (at the discretion of Miller Homes). Miller Homes will pay estate agent, homebuyer report and energy performance certificate (EPC) fees instructed by Miller Homes, up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price. You are responsible for instructing a solicitor. You are responsible for any estate agent, homebuyer report and EPC fees instructed by you and for any fees and costs you have incurred, your pre reservation and for any other sale and purchase fees. Miller Homes require reasonable access to your existing property.
Assisted Move
*Miller Homes will pay your fees up to 1.5% of the Assisted Move house value. Home Report and Estate Agent's fees will be paid by Miller Homes following an instruction being made by or on behalf of Miller Homes. Miller Homes will not reimburse you for marketing fees or Home Reports instructed prior to commencement of the Assisted Move scheme. Home Reports are only applicable to purchases in Scotland. All offers are plot and development specific and may be withdrawn without notice.
Lower monthly mortgage payments

** The offer is subject to lender's approval and successful legal completion. The purchaser must disclose their intention to claim this incentive to our Development Sales Manager prior to entering into a reservation agreement with Miller Homes and paying the reservation fee. The purchaser must pay the standard reservation charge and exchange deposit on their selected home and must legally complete the purchase. The amount offered will be based upon the monthly mortgage payments disclosed in the purchaser's mortgage offer and this offer is subject to a maximum total payment of not more than 5% of property purchase price. Payment of this offer will be made by deduction from the funds you are due to pay Miller Homes on legal completion.
Own New Rate Reducer
^The Own New Scheme is an independent third-party scheme. Miller Homes will make a financial contribution to Own New Scheme to achieve reduction and or savings on your mortgage Rates and savings are subject to availability of the Own New Scheme. The actual rate and saving you achieve will depend on your individual mortgage offer. To be eligible for this offer a minimum 5% deposit is required. This offer is only available where a mortgage offer has been offered by a participating lender. This offer is only available on selected plots on selected developments. Your interest rate and mortgage payments will increase after the fixed period. You must seek independent financial advice from a regulated mortgage broker to access this scheme.
Up to 5% Deposit Paid or Stamp Duty/LBTT Contribution

The monetary contribution available is dependent on the purchase price of the new home. The purchase price used to calculate this payment is the price agreed at the point of reservation and is exclusive of stamp duty, costs, and fees. The payment will be awarded as a deduction from funds due to Miller Homes at legal completion.

Offers are available on new reservations from 23rd December 2024 on selected homes for completion by a specified date, no later than the 27th June 2025.
Miller Homes reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend these offers.
