Our{{' '}}Reviews
Don't just take our word for it. These are just some of the comments our customers have had to say about their brand new home.
“
The customer service was brilliant in terms of communication. Shelley and Michelle did an amazing job, and everyone else did too.
The construction manager went above and beyond. We had a good meeting, and he took care of us. Every step was introduced to us by emails, texts and meetings. I've already recommended them.
Mrs Sylwia Zalubka, Rectory Gardens

“
I had an incredibly satisfying experience with Rectory Gardens by Miller Homes. The entire property purchasing process was seamless, and the two sales managers Michelle, and Darren, and Customer Service Manager Shelley were exceptional in their roles.
From the selection process to the choice of materials for the interior, and finally the completion of the property, everything exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail and quality of the construction left me thoroughly impressed and satisfied.
I highly recommend Miller Homes to anyone looking for a reliable and successful property developer.
Thank you, Miller Homes and team, for delivering an exceptional experience.

“ The sales manager and the aftercare team were really helpful, they answered our queries quickly and they followed up the arrangement to help us. ”
Mr Chuen Suen Leung, Rectory Gardens.
Rectory Gardens
“ It was really good, to be honest. The sales representative, Darren, was very helpful. When I was buying the home, if I had any questions, he would answer them. He helped me pick my carpets, as well as the interior of my kitchen too. He was really helpful and he provided a good service. It was a really nice experience. Buying a new house is always stressful because you have to move, but they made it comfortable for me. It would have been more stressful without their help. ”
Mr Ryan Mullings, Rectory Gardens.

“ The communication between the developer and the mortgage advisor or the solicitor was very good. It was a great process, and they resolved any issues quickly. ”
Dr Saira Ahmed, Rectory Gardens

“ The customer service is the part I like the most. The sales team was very good, once I put the deposit down, the sales development manager helped me with anything related to the house, Shelley and her manager have been very helpful. ”
Mr Tat Kwan Chan, Rectory Gardens
Rectory Gardens
“ It was just the constant communication. They were on point. Anytime I had a query, they got back to me straightaway. They would at least acknowledge emails and then get back to me later. They couldn't have been more helpful. ”
Miss Laura Louise Olivier, Rectory Gardens
Rectory Gardens
“ The post purchase care was brilliant. I only had minor snagging issues that were promptly attended to and their communication was great too. ”
Dr Olapeju Funke Oguntunde, Rectory Gardens.

“ The sales person Darren, has dealt with everything for us. He chased up the solicitors for us, not long after we reserved the property. The bank Mortgage broker we used was fantastic. Darren visited us a few weeks after we moved in to check that we were happy. This was refreshing as often sales people tend to sit back after the initial sale. ”
Mr Lee Pearce, Rectory Gardens
Rectory Gardens
“ It was a very smooth experience. They always responded to our messages on time. Darren really helped when we had the home check. He had higher standard than we did, so he found some issues for us. ”
