This December, all first-time buyers who pre-reserve a qualifying home^ at Lunts Heath Rise or Rookery Place will be automatically entered into our exclusive prize draw. One lucky winner from each development will receive a bespoke interior design and furnishing package for their new home, curated by a professional interior designer.**

    Terms and conditions apply. Competition is open to mainland UK residents aged 18 and over. To enter, participants must be First Time Buyers pre-reserving a qualifying home at Lunts Heath Rise or Rookery Place between 1st-31st December 2024 inclusive. The purchaser(s) must not be an employee of Miller Homes Limited, a family member of an employee of Miller Homes Limited, an agent or anyone professionally connected with Miller Homes Limited.
    ^To qualify, the home must be due for completion on our Lunts Heath Rise development before 1st July 2025 or on our Rookery Place development before 1st September 2025; the home must be valued at up to £300,000 at Rookery Place and £350,000 at Lunts Heath Rise. Qualifying participants will automatically be entered into the competition. One winner will be chosen randomly from the entries for each development and the winner(s) will be notified by email or phone no later than Friday 10th January 2025.
    **The prize is for the winner to have their new Miller home designed and furnished by a professional interior designer. The total value of the prize will be up to £15,000.
    The prizes are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for any alternative. The winner may be required to take part in publicity to promote the competition. Miller Homes reserves the right to change the dates or conditions of entry.
