Miller Homes is celebrating success as its latest raft of customer satisfaction is announced.

The UK’s largest independent housebuilder reported that 100 per cent of its customers would recommend their services to their best friend between in July this year.

Miller Homes was the first company in the industry to survey each of their customers on their personal housebuying journey and issue the results publicly.

Chris Endsor, CEO Miller Homes, said: “This is a huge coup for us. We have consistently hit the high 90 per cents for the last few years but to reach top marks from our customers is a real treat for us. If our customers would recommend us to their best friend, we know that we have succeeded in delivering a high standard of service and that is the most important part of our job.

“To hear that every one of our customers in the last three months would recommend Miller Homes to their close friends is a fantastic achievement and one that I hope we can repeat again.”
