Double award win for Miller Homes

Miller Homes is celebrating yet more awards success after claiming two prizes at this year’s First Time Buyer awards.

The nation’s largest privately owned housebuilder claimed the accolades for both ‘Most Imaginative Online Marketing campaign’ and ‘Private Developer of the Year’ following the vote by readers of First Time Buyer magazine.

It is the second year in succession that the housebuilder claimed the top gong, having again been ranked highest for the levels of quality and service offered to first time buyers.

Miller Homes also claimed the prize for most imaginative marketing campaign following a hugely successful ‘Birthday Bonanza’ competition to mark the company’s 75th year of trading. The competition drew a record number of visitors to the housebuilder’s website, tempting potential purchasers with a plethora of prizes including a top prize of £7,500 following an ‘X-Factor’ style online contest.

The recognition did not end there, as the housebuilder was runner up in both the ‘best urban regeneration category’ for its Unity Quarter development in Greater Manchester and ‘best architectural project’ for its Basingstoke development, Pinnacle.
