The annual service charge at Roman Croft is £150 and the management company responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the development is TBC. The service charge runs until 17/09/2024. Charges are subject to change (charges are shown exclusive of VAT). Service charge will be reviewed on the date shown.
Our Roman Croft and Earls Grange developments in Priorslee are part of a wider development of 1,100 homes. The development will be split into multiple phases, with construction taking place at different times on each of the various phases. The development has plans for wider community facilities and a school, planning applications for these aspects will be submitted separately and construction may be undertaken by a third party.

The process of buying went really smoothly. My sale fell through, but they were really patient and supportive. They communicated well. Since moving in, we have found quite a few things that we have had to raise with Shelley, and I don't think any have been sorted yet, but they have assured us that there are plans in place to get those sorted. We have been in for about four weeks now, so we haven't been here very long. I have had that assurance, and the communication has been really good. Shelley always gets back to me quickly, and Ryan, the site manager, has been good as well. It is all positive.
It went on for months because I had to sell my house, but Sam communicated really well. She just listened to us and took on our views, which I really liked. She was proactive in terms of chasing the solicitors and estate agents.
