All homes at Miller Homes @ Cleve Wood are freehold.
The annual service charge at Miller Homes @ Cleve Wood is £144 and the management company responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the development is TBC. For homes on Phase 1 and 2, the service charge runs until 11/11/2025. Charges are subject to change (charges are shown exclusive of VAT). Service charge will be reviewed on the date shown.
Land to the south of the development, indicated by 'Development by others' on the site plan, has been purchased by Sovereign Living and will comprise of a range of 2-5 bedroom homes. Please be aware homes built by Sovereign will be subject to different timescales to those built by Miller Homes.
Within the development boundary, land has been designated for an elderly care facility and self build plots. Please refer to the site plan for the location of these areas. Construction of the care facility will be undertaken by a third party with dates TBC. Construction of the self build plots will be the responsibility of the individual plot owner.

The site manager was very responsive. The after sales team have been very good at dealing with the snags.

The sales team were really good and communicative. The sales team went out of their way messaging us out of hours. It was a really quick move and it had to be because we were moving jobs and we have kids who needed to settle in time for their new school. Everything they did was to calm us down and make us feel confident.

The sales team were helpful and knowledgeable. The site manager was quick to rectify the issues. The tradesmen were helpful. The mortgage broker and the solicitor they recommended to us were very good. The site team was polite.

Everything was pretty straightforward and it went as expected. Both of us were really quite happy. We had a few little snags, as you do with new houses, as well as a few bits that needed touching up. I emailed Shelley and she got back to me straightaway. Someone came out over the next three days, and we were really happy with that.

I like the weekly visits that I have with the sales office. It is a new home and there is nothing major to be done, just a few bits that need looking at. It is good to have another point of contact. Emails are going to the customer care team and it is nice that they have helped with this.
