"I was informed each step of the way"
I was informed of each step of the way by the sales manager, Kerry Ritchie, and the customer service manager, Karen Leonard. There were some minor cosmetic issues with the home and they were quickly acted on.
"Snags were fixed quickly"
We had a snagging list done by professional people. The developer sent people to fix snags quickly. It's impressive.
"A very smooth sale"
I had a very smooth sale. Everything was in order when I moved in. There are some snagging bits being worked through, but that is only natural when buying a new home. They are very quick to resolve these issues as well.
"The communication was really good"
From reservation through to completion, the communication was really good. We dealt with several sales people, and they have all been very good, Rebecca in particular. They were really accommodating, they let us look at the show home multiple times, they let us in to take measurements, and when it was watertight, they let us in, and showed us around.

It was very smooth. I liked that we had regular visits to see the property at regular stages. The app was also very good and informative.
