The management company responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the development is RMG. The service charge runs until 31/12/2023. Charges are subject to change (charges are shown exclusive of VAT). Service charge will be reviewed on the date shown.
Our Kedleston Grange will be split into multiple phases, with construction taking place at different times on each of the various phases.

During our purchase, timing was important because of the stamp duty holiday deadline. Lauren in Sales pushed for us and tried her best, contacting us at least a couple of times a week and keeping us regularly updated. Everything was made as easy as possible, and we felt well supported the whole time

Price was important, but I was very impressed with the general design of the houses on the estate. Looking at them, I could see they thought through the finishing touches, like including rendering and canopies over the doors. They really stand out.

I work in Birmingham, and I can easily drive to Derby train station in ten minutes, so it’s convenient for my daily commute. On the weekends, there are a lot of lovely walks on our doorstep, and we’ll have some lovely cycle paths to ride on when it’s all completed.

There were a couple of site managers who were great too, and Mark was one of them. They all made us feel at ease. Mark was very quick to respond to any issues, and everything has been fine since. The heating system had been set and we didn't know how to unset it, but Mark helped us resolve the issue quickly."
