The Home Builders Federation (HBF) has awarded Miller Homes its maximum five-star rating for customer satisfaction for the 12th time in 13 years, following the results of its annual New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey, which collects feedback from new homeowners across the country.
The 2024 survey results highlighted that more than nine out of ten new build home buyers would ‘recommend their builder to a friend’, the fourth successive year that the industry has achieved a score of 90% or above.
Stewart Lynes, Chief Executive Officer at Miller Homes, said: “I’m delighted that Miller Homes has once again retained its 5-star rating for customer satisfaction from the Home Builders Federation.”
“Maintaining the highest rating possible is a testament to the people of Miller, who consistently go above and beyond to deliver excellence. Receiving this recognition reaffirms our position as a leader in the home building industry and reflects the high standards we uphold.“
The New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey of home builders is sent to purchasers of new build homes eight weeks after they move in. Survey results are published annually by the Home Builders Federation in March each year.
Stewart Baseley, Executive Chairman of HBF, said: “Over recent years there has been a huge industry focus on service and quality and this is the fourth year in a row where over 90% of new home buyers would recommend their builder to a friend.
“For a company to achieve 5-star levels of satisfaction is a significant achievement and shows the commitment from everyone within the organisation to the customer.”
