Miller Homes is delighted to welcome Matthew Bench who joined us on 1 April 2024 as Group Managing Director – Partnerships.
Before joining, Matthew was working with Miller Homes on a consultancy basis, prior to which he was with Countryside Homes where he played a pivotal role in driving growth by securing new partnerships as Group Chief Investment Officer.
He brings with him his extensive expertise in strategic partnerships involving a variety of organisations, including home builders, housing associations, Private Rented Sector operators, and estate and property management enterprises.
Stewart Lynes, Chief Executive Officer, said: “Matthew will play a vital role in the partnerships strategy which is a central part of our ambition to increase output over the next few years. He joins Josh Bedford, Group Partnerships Manager, as part of our Group Partnerships team.”
