About the role:
The successful candidate will manage all commercial marketing activities within the Region to support the Sales and Marketing Director and wider Sales Team. You will be responsible for all areas of Regional Marketing; including development strategies, campaign management, the briefing and approval process, agency management and campaign evaluation – all must be achieved within budget expectations and adhere to brand guidelines.
You will manage new site set-up including: brochure/web asset creation, sales arena layout, on-site presentation, show home interior design and the organisation of launch events.
The role is hands-on and the candidate will be able to write compelling copy, taking full responsibility for updating and managing website content and communications to the database via the CRM platform.
About you:
- Previous experience of managing marketing activities for a busy Sales / Marketing function is essential.
- Experience of developing, maintaining, and delivering on marketing strategies to meet company objectives.
- Able to work well with other departments and manage a number of external agencies.
- A background of campaign management across various online and offline channels.
- Experience of analysing and measuring digital media campaigns.
- Will possess a solid understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Will be able to analyse and evaluate overall performance and provide strategic recommendations.
- Experience in CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
- Previous use of website Content Management Systems and analytic programmes (Site Core and GA4 preferable).
- Experience in a Sales / Marketing management function for House Building or Construction firm is desirable.
- Minimum HND / Degree in Marketing or qualified by equivalent experience.
- Professional membership to the Chartered Institute of Marketing is desirable.
- Proficient user of IT; including Microsoft Office Suite.
