We are looking to recruit an Administrator (SHE) to join our SHE team based in our North West region.
This role is ideal for an administrator that is open to supporting the Safety team, or an individual looking for their first role in a Safety team. Training and career development will be offered.
The successful candidate will be responsible for;
- Assist with the develop of weekly priority reports, and monthly board reports to provide group board members with information of incidents that occurred across that timeframe.
- Assess weekly incident reports and forward on to the relevant Regional SHE Advisor for their input.
- Help with the progression of group SHE standards, ensuring each business unit is working towards the same end goal, following the correct procedures abiding by group policies.
- Control of management logs to ensure each business unit was meeting the correct deadlines.
- Attending and recording notes and actions from senior leadership meetings to produce agendas and meeting minutes.
- Organise team meetings, interacting with the relevant people to maintain efficient diary management.
- Support with the production of Newsflashes/Memos to inform business units of changing processes.
- Analyse data to monitor performance of each business unit, to thrive for the correct consistent approach throughout each business unit.
- Work with recruitment companies to develop the safety team, whilst overseeing interviews to ensure the correct candidates are welcomed to the business.
- Support the SHE teams with general administration.
- Other ad hoc duties which are required
