The Coordinator role will support the Group Partnerships team by coordinating aspects of the partnerships process, playing a key role in the setup, tracking, and ongoing management of strategic partnerships with Housing Associations and PRS/BTR investment partners. The role focuses on leading on new opportunities, supporting the Group Partnerships Manager with deal progression, negotiating and securing offers from the Private Rented Sector (“PRS”) and Registered Provider (“RP”) market, managing day to day partner interactions at tender stage and working closely with internal teams to assist deliver partnership schemes.
