The annual service charge at Earls Grange is £150 and the management company responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the development is TBC. The service charge runs until 17/09/2024. Charges are subject to change (charges are shown exclusive of VAT). Service charge will be reviewed on the date shown.
Our Roman Croft and Earls Grange developments in Priorslee are part of a wider development of 1,100 homes. The development will be split into multiple phases, with construction taking place at different times on each of the various phases. The development has plans for wider community facilities and a school, planning applications for these aspects will be submitted separately and construction may be undertaken by a third party.
