It was really positive, compared to other places that we visited where they weren't that interested in us. The first impression here was very good. They didn't yet know if we would buy or not, yet they were very interactive and they gave us all of the little bits of information.

Jo was absolutely great, the home demonstration was great, and all the people have been brilliant. We came from another country, and we didn't know how it all worked. Jo explained everything to us, we could email, or call, and she was always helpful with her replies.

The customer care has been amazing and they have kept in touch with me. Joe, Michael and Lee the managers are attentive and seem to have time for me, they all encouraged me to have a look at the progression of my home. There were quite a few defects that needed fixing but most of that has been put right already. Anything that was a negative turned into a positive because of how quickly it was sorted.

It's an ongoing positive experience. The snags we've had in the house are being dealt with promptly and efficiently. The staff and builders are friendly. Overall, it's been a good experience.

Jo, in the sales office, has been really helpful and informed us of any updates. Ben Harper, the site person, has visited and been happy to help with our snagging issues. Lee Fox visited to fix the issues with our kitchen, and we are very happy with the way it looks. Everyone on the site has been helpful. They've made it a smooth process.
