We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Inspection Manager to join our Customer Services Team based in our Edinburgh Office (West Edinburgh, Lochside View), reporting to the Regional Customer Services Manager. 
 
You will be responsible for carrying out Client Inspection works for the Customer Service/Production Teams as required, identifying any necessary remedial works across the relevant Miller Homes Developments, ensuring the on-going maintenance of all homes post completion within the NHBC 2-year warranty period. You will maintain close relationships/manage our team of Customer Services Technicians and/or Contractors ensuring works are booked in and completed in line with our processes and procedures, within the timescales agreed and in accordance with our service level agreements. You will also be required to assist/support with the management of customer works on specific developments, that require additional support. 

You will also liaise with the NHBC regarding technical requirements and attend Section 2 Resolution/ Section 3 Insurance backed claim meetings as and when required.
 
You should possess experience of working with customers and managing all forms of communication, as well as managing contractors works to completion for any escalated issues. You should also have a sound knowledge of NHBC technical requirements/guidelines. A good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel is also required, along with good administrative and organisational skills. It is also important that you appreciate both client and company confidentiality is essential within this job role.
